Are you looking for support at a difficult time in your life? Someone to talk to, someone you can fully trust? Maybe events from the past are surfacing now and you want to work them through?

As an experienced adult and child counsellor, I can provide a confidential space where we reflect on what’s coming up for you and the reasons why.

I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of issues – for example, sex and porn addiction, trauma, bereavement, abuse, anxiety, depression, family relationship difficulties, loneliness. Whatever your experience, I’ll hold space with you.

Perhaps you’re new to counselling and you’re feeling daunted; maybe you’re coming back to therapy. I work on a time scale that suits you best and I’ll journey with you as you find new balance and perspective in your life.

Most people will attend weekly sessions for an hour but you may wish to engage fortnightly, weekly for 30 minutes - I can be flexible, whatever your preferences. Our sessions will be online, usually via Zoom.

My approach to counselling is fundamentally person-centred but I draw on the insights and good practice from diverse modalities, for example, compassion-focused therapy, mindfulness, cognitive based therapy. We can explore a way forward that works for you.
